    • In our Newsletter; You can subscribe to our newsletter you will be asked to provide us your e-mail. Here you can read news, tips and information about our products and services. Or we use your e-mail for promotional materials and other information that we think may be of interest to you. You can cancel this subscription at any time.
    • When you Contact us; With the contact form you can ask us questions or make requests. For this we use your email address, telephone number, name and address details. We keep this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response up to six months later. This way we can easily access the information for follow-up questions.
    • In our Withdrawal form; when you use our Withdrawal form you will be asked to provide us certain details such as: full name, e-mail, or physical address, and other information. We keep this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response up to six months later. This way we can easily access the information for follow-up questions. 
    • Your order true our webshop; When you place your order in our webshop, we use your personal data to process it properly and use it for these specific reasons only.                                                                                                                                                                                 For our payments in the web shop we use the Mollie payment platform. We registers your name, email address, telephone number, delivering address, billing address, data about your order and payment data. We need all this information because of the contract we conclude with you. We keep this information until your order is completed and seven years after that (which is the legal retention obligation).             
    We may then give your personal data to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. All this we need to process your order and to keep you informed of its progress.

    Social media buttons are included in our webshop. With this, the administrators of these services collect your personal data.
